1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this platform or registering for any training program offered by SRB Global Research Institute, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the policies, rules, and guidelines set forth in this document.
2. Course Enrollment & Training Programs
- Individual Courses: Enrollment in individual wet lab courses (Phlebotomy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Serology, Clinical Pathology, Hematology, Histopathology, and Blood Bank) is subject to seat availability and full payment verification.
- Internship Programme: Students enrolled in the 6-Month Internship Programme covering Courses 01 to 08 must comply with laboratory safety protocols, attendance requirements, and practical training schedules.
- Online & Practical Classes: Trainees must regularly attend both online theory classes and physical laboratory sessions as per the scheduled timetable.
3. Payment, Fees & Refund Policy
- All program fees must be paid through approved payment channels (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer).
- Registration is finalized only after sending the payment confirmation/screenshot to our official hotline (+88 01712131931).
- All fees are non-refundable once the training program or online course access has commenced, except under exceptional circumstances approved by institute management.
4. Laboratory Conduct & Safety Protocols
Students attending physical wet lab sessions must strictly adhere to laboratory safety standards, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain professional behavior. Any intentional damage to lab equipment or violation of safety rules may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
5. Certification
Official Certificates will be awarded upon successful completion of course requirements, required attendance percentage, and practical assessments. SRB Global Research Institute reserves the right to withhold certificates if course obligations or fee payments remain incomplete.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum, training materials, lecture videos, lab manuals, and website content provided by SRB Global Research Institute are the intellectual property of the institute. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of these materials without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
